Our ideal candidate will work to strengthen OneGuard's relationship with new and existing customers by providing the best service in the industry.Duties:Assist contractors by answering questions about warranty service and coverageAuthorize contractors to proceed with repairs covered by home warranty claimsProcess and evaluate contractor invoices for completeness and accuracyPlace orders over the phone or online for warranty parts and servicesProcess home inspection reports accurately and efficientlyDesired Skills and Experience:Previous Home Warranty, Contractor, or Construction experience is highly preferred2+ years of customer service or quality assurance experienceService-oriented and collaborative team player with ability to work in a deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detailOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsHighly organizedExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
