Job Title
Partners with the Business stakeholders and Product team in an Agile context to capture the business problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups.
Familiar with the Agile development lifecycle and can participate in the various Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-up, Backlog Grooming (Refinement), Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective.
Ensures change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements.
Participate and contribute in the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Provide input on the overall solution design.
Build Test applications. (Primary work)
Conduct root cause analysis and implement basic performance tuning.
Responsible for ensuring solution meets business needs.
Production Support activities
Perform system validation as needed in support of general enterprise network changes
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of related experience.
