Introduction: We're opening our very first Texas store in Austin! We need a retail leader to team up with our Head Coach (Store Manager) and build it from the ground up. This isn't a typical Assistant Store Manager role - it's your shot to partner directly with your Head Coach to shape how LSKD shows up in a brand new market, help build a team that lives and breathes our culture, and turn a store opening into a community movement.
We're bringing you on early (well ahead of our grand opening later this year!) so you've got real time to get fully immersed in the brand, get inducted by our US and Australian teams, and help your Head Coach recruit, train, and activate our community before day one.
This is your shot to build something from scratch, lead with purpose, and fast-track your career while acting as the right hand to our Head Coach and store team.
How You'll Make Moves
- Support & Drive the Mission: Work side-by-side with the Head Coach to manage daily operations, execute retail strategy, and hit your store’s growth goals.
- Create A Community: Help galvanise your team around a strategic, fun quarterly plan of in-store events and local studio activations from the Head Coach, that turn customers into brand advocates.
- Support & Grow Your Team: Assist in onboarding and developing a world-class team of Educators, maintaining an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated.
- Coach Your Team Daily: Lead the floor during shift handovers, run daily game plans, and give real-time, constructive feedback that inspires the team to get 1% better every day.
- Be the Product Expert: Master our entire range of fabrics, fits, and styles, ensuring your team has the deep knowledge to educate our community authentically.
- Set the Standard: Drive high execution on the floor - from premium visual merchandising and flawless open/close routines to keeping the back-of-house organized and accountable.
- Know Your Numbers: Track daily and weekly KPIs like AOV, UPT, and conversion, using these metrics to lead team huddles and drive immediate shift wins.
