Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales and marketing strategies across all markets.
- Guide product development from concept through manufacturing and launch.
- Supervise operations to ensure efficient product delivery and support.

Qualifications
- 26+ years of AV and entertainment industry experience, including roles at Peavey Electronics, Sennheiser, Shure, Ford Audio‑Video, AVI‑SPL, and Blizzard Lighting.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
- Executive Master of Business Administration from Marquette University.
- Proven track record in product design, manufacturing, business development, and channel management.
