As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our team in a hybrid work model, combining the benefits of remote and in-office collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Audit Management: Supervise and lead audit engagements, ensuring adherence to professional standards and timely completion of assignments.
Conduct risk assessments, plan audit procedures, and oversee the entire audit process.Hybrid Team Leadership: Effectively manage and support a hybrid team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and fostering collaboration between in-office and remote team members. Conduct regular team check-ins and performance reviews.Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing audit-related guidance, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborate with clients on audit planning and strategy.Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of audit deliverables.
Conduct reviews of workpapers, audit reports, and other documentation.Hybrid Collaboration: Leverage technology and communication tools to facilitate seamless collaboration between in-office and remote team members.
