Audit SupervisorThe Audit Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of financial reporting. This position involves leading a team of auditors, managing audit projects, and ensuring effective risk management and internal controls are in place.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise audit teams to ensure the timely completion of audits.Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to assess risk management and internal controls.Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.Provide guidance and support to team members in financial analysis and reporting.Ensure adherence to GAAP and IFRS principles during audits.Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance and regulatory standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing or financial reporting.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS).Proven experience in risk management and internal controls.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommuteFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
