Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or a related field
5-8 years of public accounting experience
Experience managing audit and assurance engagements
GAAP and applicable auditing standards
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, deadlines, budgets, and teams
Strong professional judgment and commitment to quality
Lead audit, review, compilation, and other assurance engagements from planning through completion
Manage and develop key client relationships Provide technical guidance on complex accounting, auditing, and financial reporting matters Oversee engagement budgets, staffing, scheduling, WIP, billing, and profitability Ensure engagements meet professional standards and quality expectations Participate in business development and community activities Support process improvement and the effective use of technology and AI Contribute to the continued growth of the Audit practice
