This role offers the opportunity to lead audit engagements, mentor and develop staff, manage client relationships, and work with a premier commercial real estate client base while continuing to advance your career with a nationally recognized public accounting firm. Candidates can be considered at either level based on experience.
Position Highlights Location: Bethesda, MD Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in-office Audit Senior Associate Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000 Audit Manager Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000 Opportunity to lead and manage audit engagements Exposure to a diverse commercial real estate client portfolio Opportunity to mentor and develop junior team members Strong promotion track and leadership development CPA support, competitive benefits, and PTO
Ideal Background
3+ years of public accounting audit experience, with additional experience expected for the Manager level
CPA licensed or CPA eligible
Commercial real estate audit experience preferred
Strong for-profit audit experience will also be considered
Experience leading engagements and mentoring staff
Manager-level candidates should have experience managing teams and client relationships
