- CPA Development & Support: Access annual training, continuing professional education (CPE), and financial incentives upon passing the CPA exam.
- Dedicated Audit Experience: Focus exclusively on audit engagements, not tax, while working with clients ranging from small organizations to businesses with more than $1 billion in annual revenue.
- Collaborative Team Environment: Work in small engagement teams of two to four professionals, with experienced supervisors who support your development.
- Career Advancement: Build your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility as you progress in your public accounting career.
- A More Balanced Busy Season: Audit activity typically ramps up in February, with June being the busiest month. Weekend office hours are not required, and peak-period schedules generally average 50–55 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop proficiency with the firm's financial statement preparation software.
- Assist with more complex audit and accounting engagements as your experience grows.
- Support and mentor other staff auditors as you develop within the team.
- Contribute to additional accounting, auditing, and consulting projects as needed.

- Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple engagements and work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% annually.
