What You'll Do
- Plan, run, and lead audit and review engagements from start to finish
- Supervise and train staff and associates on engagements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, including board members and property managers
- Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements, and supplementary information
- Identify issues early and work with partners to resolve them
- Help improve processes and efficiency across engagements
What They're Looking For
- 2 to 7+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA or actively pursuing the CPA
- Experience with condo associations or HOAs is a plus, but not required. Candidates with any client-type background are encouraged to apply.
- Someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a team that has each other's backs
Compensation and Benefits
- $100K - $130K base salary, depending on experience
