Audit Senior Manager

Opportunity

Meaden & Moore, a leading CPA and business consulting firm, is hiring an Audit Senior Manager. This role will oversee multiple engagements, build and strengthen client relationships, lead audit planning and execution, manage billing and collections, and develop and coach team members. You will play a key role in directing resources to deliver high‑quality client service and contribute to firm growth and management initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA license
• 7 to 10 years of relevant audit experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic operating system knowledge
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analysis abilities
• Effective relationship building and leadership capabilities
• Project management experience
• Business development aptitude

Compensation

Base salary range: $130,000 to $170,000. Discretionary year‑end bonuses are also offered.
