Audit Senior (remote available)
$90-110k base (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus + full benefits package
Location: East Meadow, NY (fully remote considered - in office visits preferred)
We're seeking an experienced Audit Senior who has audited Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRAs): homeowner associations, condominiums, and co-ops.
You'll own a stable book of 30+ annual audits for a well-established New York CPA firm that has served its community association clients for decades.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute a book of 30+ annual CIRA audit engagements from planning through issuance
- Serve HOA, condominium, co-op, and other CIRA clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, audit workpapers, and related reports
- Collaborate directly with clients, boards, and management teams throughout engagements
What We're Looking For
- BS in Accounting
- CPA strongly preferred
- 4+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Prior experience auditing HOAs, condominium associations, or co-ops required
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume engagement load independently
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
