Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audits for clients ranging from fast-scaling crypto startups to established SEC registrants.
- Be the go-to expert on complex accounting and auditing matters.
- Partner directly with clients, streamlining processes and building trusted relationships.
- Use the latest tools and technology to deliver smarter, faster, and more insightful audits.
- Mentor and develop junior audit staff, helping shape the next generation of professionals.
- 3+ years of audit experience in public accounting.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and real-world crypto accounting challenges.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and tight deadlines.
- A passion for innovation—and a willingness to travel as needed.
