Accountant PositionWe are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full time, in-office, Accountant. We work with our staff to provide a work-life balance. For more than 44 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients.Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual compilation financial statements using Accounting CS and QuickBooks Desktop and Online.Client interaction, working with individuals, and small/medium sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax and compliance.Strong communication, organizational and technical skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products.Benefits: Competitive Salary (based on experience), Annual Reviews and bonuses, 401K plus matching provision and PTO provisions.Job Skills:Accounting degree is required.Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional financial service or accounting environment.Experience preparing business, individual and Trust tax returns.Experience with tax and accounting software packages; UltraTax, Accounting CS and QuickBooks Desktop and Online.Experience in payroll and sales tax preparation and review.Strong organizational and computer skills.
