Audit Manager Or Senior ManagerWeaver is looking for an Audit Manager or Senior Manager to play a vital role in growing our Audit team in the Northeast. A Weaver Audit Manager/Senior Manager is a driven team player who provides excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit while developing, training and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates. An Audit Manager/Senior Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and firm administration activities.To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:Bachelor's degree in AccountingCPA required6+ years of experience in public accounting with direct exposure to Life Sciences and/or technology/media engagementsPossess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Managers, Supervisors, and Senior Associates in a wide variety of industriesAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsAdditionally, the following qualifications are preferred:Master's degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not requiredProven ability to manage, mentor and develop staffStrong relationship management and practice development skillsExperience with a variety of industries and types of auditsCompensation and Benefits: At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $110,000 to $210,000. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
