Audit Manager or Senior Manager - Life Sciences/TMT

Position Profile

Weaver is looking for an Audit Manager or Senior Manager to play a vital role in growing our Audit team in the Northeast. A Weaver Audit Manager/Senior Manager is a driven team player who provides excellent service to clients throughout all phases of the audit while developing, training and mentoring Associates and Senior Associates. The role works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and firm administration activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 6+ years of experience in public accounting with direct exposure to Life Sciences and/or technology/media engagements
• Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Managers, Supervisors, and Senior Associates in a wide variety of industries
• Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred but not required
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills
• Experience with a variety of industries and types of audits

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation range estimate: $110,000 to $210,000. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Benefits include competitive health benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Flexible scheduled time off (STO), minimum of 56 hours of sick and safe leave, 11 holidays, and 2 scheduled recharge days.
