This role is ideal for experienced external auditors who have client facing experience and management expertise for investment management clients and are comfortable owning audit areas, leading client interactions, and delivering high-quality audit work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead external audit engagements for AWM clients while maintaining quality, timelines, and compliance with professional standards.
• Manage engagement planning, execution, review, and client communication.
• Review team deliverables and resolve complex audit, accounting, and financial reporting matters.
• Coach team members, provide clear feedback, and support skill development.
• Manage competing priorities, changing requirements, and engagement risks.
• Build consensus across varied viewpoints and respond confidently when challenged.
• Manage client expectations, seek feedback, and resolve issues that affect delivery or team effectiveness.
