We have provided expert professional experience in audit, tax, and consulting services to federal, state, and local governments, special purpose governments, non-profit organizations, service organizations and commercial entities for over 30 years.ResponsibilitiesAssist in carrying out quality and other assurance services to clients in various industriesDemonstrate a solid understanding of accounting and auditing principles, internal control standards and technology implementation relative to client assignmentsFamiliar with the pronouncements of the GASB, FASB and AICPAParticipate in the engagement planning processPerform detailed audit procedures on financial statement account balances, prepare and adjust workpapers from clients trial balanceExecute day to day activities of audit engagements for multiple clientsRecognize potential problem areas on engagements and discuss them with engagement supervisorResearch accounting issuesIdentify potential management letter commentsPerform other accounting, auditing, and consulting duties as needed on engagements and as assigned by supervisory personnelBecome proficient at preparing annual financial statements and footnote disclosuresDevelop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase audit team efficiency and strengthen client relationshipsBecome oriented with Firm's practices, policies and cultureComply with and maintain the highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality and personal conduct
