Audit ManagerAn experienced public accounting professional with strong leadership, client service excellence, and the ability to manage audit teams in a fast-paced environment is needed to lead and manage audit engagements, develop staff, strengthen client relationships, and support business development efforts. This position is open now for immediate consideration and is based in the Austin, TX office with limited regional travel. Salary ranges from $91,200 to $164,200 depending on experience, skills, and location.Key Responsibilities include:Leading and managing audit engagements and maintaining strong client relationshipsOverseeing engagement objectives, including economics and resource managementIdentifying engagement risks and developing appropriate audit responsesMentoring, training, and developing Audit & Assurance associatesFacilitating resolution of complex audit and accounting issuesReviewing financial reporting and ensuring timely delivery of client deliverablesProviding partners with timely engagement updates and escalating issues as necessaryBeginning to develop areas of technical specialization and serving as a resource internally and externallyActing as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for expanded servicesBuilding and maintaining external relationships to support long-term business developmentQualifications include:5+ years of experience in public accountingBachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's preferredActive CPA license requiredProven leadership abilities and experience developing A&A associatesStrong project management, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsExceptional client service mindset with a sense of urgencyBusiness development experience is a plus
