A Top 15 CPA Firm is looking to add an Audit Senior Associate or Audit Manager to its growing Commercial Real Estate practice in Bethesda, MD .

This role offers the opportunity to lead audit engagements, mentor and develop staff, manage client relationships, and work with a premier commercial real estate client base while continuing to advance your career with a nationally recognized public accounting firm. Candidates can be considered at either level based on experience.

Position Highlights

• Location: Bethesda, MD
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in-office
• Audit Senior Associate Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000
• Audit Manager Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000

Ideal Background

• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience, with additional experience expected for the Manager level
• CPA licensed or CPA eligible
• Commercial real estate audit experience preferred
• Strong for-profit audit experience will also be considered
• Experience leading engagements and mentoring staff
• Manager-level candidates should have experience managing teams and client relationships
