A large and well-respected public accounting firm in Nashville is seeking an Audit Director with deep experience working with financial institutions .

The firm has recently expanded its presence in the market and is experiencing strong growth within its banking and financial institutions practice .

This role offers significant leadership opportunity with a very fast path to Partner for the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for banks and financial institutions
• Serve as a senior advisor and relationship leader for clients
• Oversee engagement planning, execution, and review
• Mentor and develop audit managers and staff
• Assist with growth and development of the firm’s financial institutions practice
• Work toward eventually overseeing the entire financial institutions practice in the Nashville region

Qualifications

• Significant experience auditing banks or financial institutions
• 10+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• CPA required
