Aphios Corporation is seeking an experienced Board Director with Audit and Governance expertise to support the company’s progression toward public‑market readiness and financial governance excellence.
Role Focus
We are seeking an individual with strong experience in:
- Audit Committee leadership or participation
- Financial oversight, reporting, and internal controls
- Public company governance and compliance
- IPO, SPAC, or public company readiness
Ideal Background
- Former public company executive (CFO, CAO) or Audit Committee member
- Experience with SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and financial governance
- Background in life sciences, healthcare, or technology companies preferred
- Experience supporting IPO or public company transitions
Board Context
Aphios is a clinical‑stage biotechnology company with three Board members and is expanding governance capabilities to support:
- Capital formation and investor engagement
- Financial discipline and transparency
- Public‑market readiness
