Computer Support Administrator / Audio Visual TechnicianLocation: On-site - Washington, DC Salary: $115,000 Job Type: Full-Time, Salaried Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI Clearance RequiredPosition Overview: We are seeking a Computer Support Administrator / Audio Visual Technician to support a Department of Defense organization located at the Pentagon. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting desktop systems, AV/VTC equipment, network connectivity, and related IT infrastructure in a secure enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting both IT and audio visual systems in classified environments.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, VTC, and infrastructure issuesMaintain and support desktops, laptops, VDI environments, servers, printers, and AV systemsSupport and maintain Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and conferencing technologiesConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco and AV infrastructureProvide in-person, phone, and remote technical support to end usersApply security patches and operating system upgrades to maintain system integrity and complianceMaintain system configurations and technical documentationSupport mobile device provisioning and maintenance for NIPR/SIPR environmentsAssist with infrastructure projects and technology deploymentsMentor or assist junior technical staff as neededEnsure all systems comply with Department of Defense security standards and requirementsRequired Qualifications:Active adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance (no waiver)Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows 10 / Office 365DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ or equivalent/higher)Ability to lift at least 50 poundsStrong troubleshooting and customer support skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyRequired Technical Experience:Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)Cisco TMS, switches, routers, meeting management, and meeting serverVideo Teleconferencing (VTC) systems and networkingExtron switchers and extendersCrestron NVX and AMX AV systemsUnimax UC Management SoftwareDesired Qualifications:ITIL v3 Foundation CertificationExperience with automation using Microsoft PowerShell, VBScript, or batch filesUnderstanding of Department of Defense military standardsStrong networking knowledge and communication systems integration experienceExperience using packet capture and troubleshooting tools such as WiresharkProject management experienceClearOne CertificationBiamp CertificationCTS CertificationExperience loading and pulling code for Crestron and AMX systems
