PENTA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, clinically strong, and committed to exceptional patient-centered care.Clinical ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive audiological evaluations including audiometric testing, tympanometry, acoustic reflex testing, and otoacoustic emissionsProvide hearing rehabilitation services and counselingRecommend, fit, and maintain amplification devices and assistive listening technologiesManage programming, troubleshooting, and repair of hearing devicesProvide care across all age rangesFacilitate referrals to ENT providers and specialty servicesDocumentation & CollaborationMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EpicCollaborate with physicians and care teamsBuild relationships with referral sourcesA Typical DayManage scheduled appointments including diagnostic testing and rehabilitation services, update records, and collaborate with care teams.Work Environment & ExpectationsOnsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am-5pmWhat You Will BringEducation / Licensure & CertificationsMaster’s degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferredActive Audiology license in NCASHA certification highly preferredExperienceRequired clinical experience for obtaining Masters in Audiology or Au.DSkills & Core CompetenciesStrong diagnostic skillsProficiency with Epic, Microsoft OfficeExcellent communicationPatient-focused approach
