ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is hiring a full‑time, licensed Audiologist for our Wayne office. This role supports patient care and hearing‑aid dispensing within a multi‑site ENT practice.
Location
Wayne office (New York & New Jersey area)
Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with and gather patient history
- Conduct audiometric testing and diagnostic testing
- Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
- Program, fit and adjust hearing aids
- Counsel patients and provide recommendations for hearing aids
- Maintain documentation and patient files
- Own assigned schedule to maximize patient care opportunities
- Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Audiology or Au.D. (preferred)
- Active and current hearing aid dispensing license
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Professional interaction with patients, physicians, and team members
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 per year
