Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Conduct hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care.
  • Interpret test results and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
  • Educate patients and families on hearing loss, hearing aid technology, treatment options, and long-term hearing health.
  • Perform real-ear measurements and make appropriate hearing aid adjustments to maximize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
  • Support ongoing patient care through counseling, troubleshooting, and follow-up appointments.
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-focused culture centered on clinical excellence and service.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Audiologist or eligible for licensure in the applicable state.
  • Dispensing Audiologist experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic audiology and clinical assessment skills.
  • Experience with hearing aid fittings, programming, verification, and follow-up care.
  • Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse patient population, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and digital documentation systems.
  • Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
