Audiologist

Upson Regional Medical Center is seeking an Audiologist to join our tech-forward team building innovative clinical software. In this hybrid role, you'll perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, fit and program hearing devices, and provide patient counseling using advanced IT-enabled diagnostic tools. You'll document findings in EMR systems and collaborate with software engineers to test, validate, and refine audiology applications. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing and balance assessments using advanced diagnostic equipment and software
• Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids and implantable hearing devices based on patient needs and test results
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes in EMR and clinical software systems
• Collaborate with software developers and clinicians to test and refine audiology and clinical applications
• Provide patient and family counseling on hearing loss, device use, and follow-up care
• Support tele-audiology services using remote diagnostic and programming tools
• Interpret audiologic data to guide individualized care plans and software-driven workflows
• Maintain compliance with clinical, legal, and privacy standards in all documentation and software use
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and feedback loops for new digital tools
• Mentor staff on effective use of audiology technology and software platforms
