Job Summary
ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is looking for a licensed Audiologist to join the Paramus, New Jersey office. This full‑time role focuses on diagnostic and dispensing audiology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish rapport with patients and gather histories
- Conduct audiometric testing and diagnostic evaluations
- Create ear impressions, molds and order instruments
- Program and fit hearing aids and provide follow‑up support
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient files
- Manage own schedule to maximize patient care
- Support and coach team members toward practice goals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred
- Active, current hearing‑aid dispensing license
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team‑player with professional interaction skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000‑$110,000 per year, with a bonus program. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k), licensing fee reimbursement, and clinical research opportunities.
