Pay: Base Salary 55k-90k base + Uncapped Commission. Relocation funds available.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users on best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning.
  • Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships to represent HearingLife as an advocate for life-changing differences.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories. Maintain a current understanding of third‑party payors and payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Understand and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager to achieve clinic financial KPIs.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care and product portfolio including conducting hearing tests, coaching, and educating patients on hearing aid devices.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
  • Operate audiometric equipment and interpret the results.
  • Communicate test results and propose treatment in a manner easily understood by patients.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
  • 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years of equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
