Audiologist - Morristown

ENT and Allergy Associates (New York & New Jersey) is seeking a self‑motivated, licensed Audiologist for its Morristown office. The candidate will be a Diagnostic & Dispensing Audiologist who is driven and passionate about helping patients hear well again.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and gather their history.
• Conduct audiometric testing.
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions or problems.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient care opportunities.
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to counsel and build rapport.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with patients, physicians, and team members.

Benefits

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year.
