• Outpatient-only role


• Established practice: 1 ENT physician + 2 Advanced Practice Providers


• Strong support team


• Modern clinic with Athena EMR


• Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


• Average 15 patients per day
