Position
Licensed Audiologist – Killeen, TX. This is an employed career opportunity with a generous benefits package that offers work‑life balance, a competitive salary, moving allowance, and no state income tax.
Responsibilities
Provide audiological services for newborn to geriatric populations, including consultation, fitting and dispensing of amplification technology and assistive devices, and counseling on technology use. Experience with comprehensive audiological evaluations, tinnitus evaluations, hearing conservation counseling/consultation, cochlear implants, and electrophysiology evaluations is a plus. The role focuses on diagnostic audiology and hearing aids and works closely with otolaryngology physicians to deliver comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D. or Ph.D.)
- Valid Texas Audiology license.
- Current American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) certification or American Board of Audiology (ABA) certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred but not required.
- At least one year of fitting and dispensing experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
