Title

Full-time Licensed Audiologist – ENT & Allergy Associates, Texas

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and gather patient history
• Conduct audiometric testing and counsel on hearing solutions
• Make diagnostic impressions, ear molds, and order fitting instruments
• Fit and adjust hearing aids, addressing any patient questions or problems
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient files; own assigned schedule to maximize patient outcomes
• Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals and generate opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred; active and current hearing aid dispensing license required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team‑environment experience and professional patient interaction at all times

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year plus lucrative bonus program
