With long‑standing locations in the Oakland area and a newly opened third site nearby, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality, patient‑first care within the community. Following recent growth and expansion, they are now looking for an additional clinician to join their close‑knit team and help support increasing patient demand.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys both clinical work and patient engagement, and who is motivated by building relationships and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. The clinician will work across two local locations, managing their own clinic room with a high level of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments
- Deliver hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow‑up care
- Build strong, long‑term patient relationships
- Guide patients through their hearing journey with care and clarity
- Contribute to overall clinic performance through ethical, patient‑first recommendations
Candidate Profile
They are seeking a confident, personable clinician who can combine clinical expertise with strong communication skills.
The Candidate May Be
- An Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Experienced (ideally 2‑5+ years), though they are open to trainable candidates with strong interpersonal skills
