Audiologist – Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity

Torrance, CA | Diagnostics Only or Diagnostics + Hearing Aids

Looking for an Audiology opportunity that can flex with your career and lifestyle?

Torrance Audiology Center is seeking an Audiologist to join our close-knit team in coastal Southern California. Whether you’re looking for a part-time, diagnostics-focused position or a full-time role combining diagnostics and hearing aid care , we’re open to creating the right opportunity for the right Audiologist.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

At Torrance Audiology Center, you’ll join an experienced, collaborative team that values excellent patient care, open communication, and professional autonomy. Our Audiologists have the independence to do their jobs without being micromanaged, while still having a supportive team to collaborate with when needed.

You’ll also have dedicated support from our billing team and hearing aid technician, who assists with repairs, troubleshooting, quality assurance, device/phone pairing, and other technical needs—allowing our Audiologists to focus more of their time on patient care.

Choose the Role That Fits You

We’re primarily looking to add approximately 2–2.5 days of diagnostic coverage per week , with flexibility in how those hours are distributed. This is a great option for an Audiologist who enjoys diagnostics and is looking for a flexible part-time schedule. Depending on your interests and experience, hearing aid responsibilities may also be incorporated.

Our full-time Audiologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic care while also managing hearing aid evaluations, recommendations, fittings, follow-up care, and ongoing patient support.

What You’ll Do

Depending on whether you join us part-time or full-time, responsibilities may include:

  • VNG testing
  • Interpretation and communication of test results
  • Patient counseling and appropriate referrals
  • Hearing aid evaluations, recommendations, fittings, and follow-up care
  • Collaboration with Audiologists and support staff to provide an excellent patient experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible California Audiology licensure
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • VNG experience preferred
  • Hearing aid dispensing experience for full-time candidates
  • New graduates and experienced Audiologists are encouraged to apply
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Compensation

Part-Time Audiologist: $50-$60 per hour

Full-Time Audiologist: $95,000-$115,000 base + commission

  • Paid time off
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Practice pays 60% of employee medical premium
  • 401(k) eligibility after one year
  • Employer contribution/match up to 5%
  • $500 annual continuing education and licensure allowance
  • Hearing aid sales commission

Find Your Fit at Torrance Audiology Center

If you’re looking for a practice where you can provide excellent patient care, have a voice in how things are done, and enjoy the support of a friendly, experienced team, we’d love to meet you.
