Requireds and Education:
- Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.)degree; or master's degree in Audiology required
- Current state licensure in Audiology and hearing aid despensing required
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong ability to prioritize
- Proficiency with computers, audiologic diagnostic equipement, and hearing aid software systems
- A passion for learning, with a compassionate caring, and respectful approach to patient care
- Ability to travel for professional development or trainging opportunites, as required by practice
Day to Day
- Conductiong comprehensive hearing assessments using the latest audiology equipment
- Dispensing, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and comfort
- Providing counseling and support for ptatients and their families on hearing health, hearing aid care,
- and communication strategies
- Staying ahead of latest research and advancement in audiology through continuing education to
- enhance patient care
