Audiology Opportunity in South East NJ
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Audiologist to join our team in a flexible and dynamic role that offers both professional autonomy and the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment.
Position Details:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start times available)
- Locations: Travel between two locations in close proximity in our New Jersey City offices, supporting overflow and busy days.
- Languages: Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure tone testing, speech audiometry, immittance measures, and pediatric assessments.
- Conduct advanced diagnostic procedures like Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) and Videonystagmography (VNG).
- Provide counseling to patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to create integrated care plans.
- Maintain accurate health records and prepare detailed reports.

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year post-licensure experience in Audiology.
- Doctoral (AuD) or Master's degree in Audiology.
- Active New Jersey State Audiology License.
- ASHA or AAA certification.

- Comfort with traveling between locations as needed.
- Strong focus on patient care and personalized services.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
- Commission: Potential to earn up to $5,000 annually
- Paid Time Off: 7 paid holidays + 13 days PTO.
