Overview

Helping people hear better starts with you. As part of WakeMed’s ENT Head & Neck team in Apex, you’ll play a key role in helping patients improve their hearing, balance, and overall quality of life. What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate hearing and balance concerns and guide patients through personalized care plans.
  • Keep your caseload running smoothly and documentation sharp.
  • Fit, program, troubleshoot, and manage hearing aids and devices (including real-ear measures).
  • Track patient progress, adjust treatment as needed, and counsel patients on technology and expectations.
  • Jump into outreach events, screenings, and community health initiatives.
