We are looking for an Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. The Veteran files the claim before they see you and all of their medical records are uploaded into a computer portal for you to review during the appointment. You will conduct a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test, then complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in the computer portal – the medical evidence that allows the VA to decide the veteran’s benefits. Audiologists in this role do not prescribe medical treatments or devices.
The position will review and assess an average of 3–6 Veterans per day and is a Part Time or Full Time IN‑PERSON role, scheduled 1 hour to 1 hour & 30 minutes per patient. No evenings, om‑call, weekends, or hearing‑aid sales.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Au.D. from an ASHA‑Accredited program.
- Current license as an Audiologist.
- Meeting all credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
- Malpractice insurance covered by MRG.
