Job Title: Technical Support II - AV Technician

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: Contract position

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot conference room AV systems and video conferencing equipment.
• Respond to ServiceNow video conferencing support requests.
• Conduct proactive conference room inspections to identify and prevent technical issues.
• Plan, set up, and provide technical support for live and hybrid events.
• Support high-visibility meetings involving senior leadership and external guests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and calmly during live events.
• Communicate effectively with business partners regarding technical capabilities and limitations.
• Collaborate with AV Operations, Events, Network Operations, and Event Technology teams.
• Assist with broadcast studio productions and company-wide events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AV Technician (required).
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms (required).
• Experience with audio boards and AV switching equipment (required).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and customer services.

You will report to the Manager of Videoconferencing and Event Support and collaborate with:

• AV Operations
• Events Teams
• Network Operations
• Event Technology Team, supporting broadcast studio and company-wide events
