Proven AV support experience for live events and conference rooms, troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Webex/Teams, Q-SYS systems, Yamaha digital mixing consoles and strong communication.

Proven AV support experience for live events and conference rooms, troubleshooting skills, familiarity with Webex/Teams, Q-SYS systems, Yamaha digital mixing consoles and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide AV support for theater productions, live events, and campus programs.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain AV systems, including video conferencing setups (Webex, Teams).
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support cultural and community events.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance for optimal performance.
- Offer occasional after-hours support as needed.
- Proven experience in live audio mixing and AV support for conferences or events.
- Familiarity with Q-SYS systems, Yamaha digital mixing consoles, and video conferencing platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder; must have transportation and excellent communication skills.
