Audio Visual SpecialistSet up, monitor, and troubleshoot video conferencing systems such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and similar platformsCoordinate and support virtual meetings, webinars, and hybrid events across multiple time zonesEnsure high-quality audio, video, and content sharing during conferences and live sessionsProvide first-level technical support during live events and resolve AV-related issues in real timeMaintain and update AV hardware and software including conference room equipment, cameras, microphones, codecs, and control systemsSupport and maintain video infrastructure platforms such as Poly Clariti Manager / Clariti CoreTrain end users on conferencing tools, AV equipment, and best practicesCollaborate with IT and facilities teams to optimize conferencing and collaboration infrastructureDocument configurations, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and recurring issuesResearch and recommend upgrades or new tools to enhance the conferencing experience3 years of experience in Video Conferencing, AV Support, IT Support, or AV/IT IntegrationStrong hands-on experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, or similar conferencing platformsExperience with Audio Visual equipment such as Video Codecs, HP/Poly/Logi conference room support systemsExperience supporting Crestron systemsHands-on experience with Audio Mixers and TriCaster Video SwitchersExperience supporting Digital Signage systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasksAV/IT certifications such as CTS, Zoom Certified, or Microsoft Teams AdminExperience with streaming/live event platformsBasic networking knowledge including Firewalls, VPNs, and bandwidth management
