Audio/Visual Events Program Manager

The Audio Visual Events Program Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of live events, ensuring seamless production and a high-quality customer experience. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, managing event logistics, scheduling, resources, and production workflows. The ideal candidate has experience in live event production, AV operations, vendor management, and cross-functional program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and coordination of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Develop event timelines, run-of-show documents, and pre-production plans.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, equipment rentals, vendors, and production crews.
• Serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee live event execution, including show calling, livestreams, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Coordinate AV teams to ensure events are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support post-production activities, including editing, content distribution, and archiving.
• Maintain working knowledge of AV equipment, streaming platforms, meeting systems, and technical infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in AV event management, live event production, or event operations.
• Background coordinating vendors, technical teams, schedules, and event logistics.
• Experience managing live events and serving as a show caller or production coordinator.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
