This position will support our Audio-Visual Department in Client Billing and Scheduling. Knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment and Services is required for this position. We are seeking a highly task-oriented, accurate, and efficient candidate who can effectively problem-solve and multitask.Responsibilities:Billing of Audio-Visual Invoices to clients using Flex Rental SolutionsReview AV billing to ensure that all charges and sales tax have been properly applied to the final invoiceIssue Credit Memos or Sales AdjustmentsCreate Month-End Revenue Share statements for our contracted propertiesCommunication with the AV Sales Team to ensure that all client invoices are processed in a timely and accurate mannerFollow up with clients on any past due invoicesReview daily time sheets for proper job coding and clock-in/outSubmit timesheets on a bi-weekly basisEnter Purchase Orders for Free Lance LaborAssist the accounting department with special projects and other duties as assignedQualifications:Audio Visual Billing and Equipment Knowledge requiredA Minimum of 3+ years of Microsoft Excel Experience, including pivot tablesHotel Audio Visual Experience preferredJob Costing ExperienceOracle Experience a plusHigh School Diploma or GED requiredThis position does not earn tips
