As Content Strategy Manager, you will own the content strategy for assigned audience segments, turning campaign plans into scalable, AI-powered content systems that build real authority. You'll work at the intersection of Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content Operations — designing modular content kits, working with AI & writers, and ensuring every asset we produce has measurable impact. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, leads through structure, and knows how to make content work harder across the entire funnel.
Responsibilities
- Translate Strategy into Content Plans: Work directly with Integrated Marketing (IMM) and Product Marketing (PMM) to translate campaign strategies into modular, audience-aligned content plans — including marquee assets, derivatives, and blog cadence on a quarterly basis.
- Design Complete Content Kits: Ensure all assets are built with a distribution plan in mind and brief content in as a "complete kit" with necessary activation components including social posts, blogs, and supporting collateral.
- Scale with AI + Human Expertise: Use AI tools to generate first drafts, derivative content, and audience variants at scale — then apply human expertise for strategic framing, competitive positioning, and narrative quality.
- Build Structured Content Briefs: Create content briefs optimized for both human writers and AI tools, including audience, funnel stage, key messages, proof points, CTA, and entity/topic cluster mapping.
- Lead Content Reviews & Delivery: Serve as the primary stakeholder across content reviews, coordinating with Content Ops and Client Services to keep delivery on time and on standard.
- Own Audience Content Architecture: Own the content architecture for assigned audience segments, ensuring our content builds depth around priority topics so that AI platforms and search engines recognize our company as the definitive expert.
- Drive Efficiency through Modularity: Identify opportunities to streamline content creation across campaigns to reduce redundant work and maximize resource use through modular, reusable content components.
- Measure & Optimize: Monitor how content performs throughout the funnel and use data to inform the development of future content kits.
What You Bring
- Content Strategy & Systems Thinking: Proven experience developing audience-centric content strategies within a B2B or enterprise technology environment, with a track record of building scalable, modular content systems.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Demonstrated ability to work closely with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, and creative production teams to align content with campaign priorities and go-to-market plans.
- AI-Augmented Content Creation: Experience leveraging AI tools for content drafting, adaptation, and scaling — paired with strong editorial judgment to ensure strategic quality, brand voice, and competitive differentiation.
- Content Operations Acumen: Familiarity with content production workflows, editorial calendars, and project management tools (e.g., Asana), with the ability to manage multiple content workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to use content performance data — across funnel stages, channels, and audience segments — to continuously refine content strategy and prioritize high-impact efforts.
