Mission Recruiting is representing a well-established California law firm seeking Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorneys at all experience levels, from newly admitted attorneys to seasoned practitioners.

The firm represents major employers and national companies in workers’ compensation matters throughout California and offers attorneys the flexibility to work in-office, hybrid, or fully remote, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• 0–10+ years of workers’ compensation experience
• Newly admitted attorneys and attorneys transitioning into workers’ compensation defense are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and case-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to client service and high-quality legal work

Compensation

• $85,000–$235,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility, with additional bonus opportunities available.
