Workers' Compensation Defense AttorneyAn established California defense and trial practice is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney with a minimum of five years of workers' compensation defense experience. This fully remote opportunity is designed for attorneys who are comfortable independently managing a full caseload and appearing regularly before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.The practice maintains a strong emphasis on collaboration, client service, and long-term professional stability. Attorneys work closely with clients and colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies and deliver high-quality legal representation throughout California.Position SummaryThe attorney selected for this role will be responsible for handling workers' compensation defense matters from inception through resolution.
