Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of California workers' compensation defense matters.
- Handle all phases of litigation, from case initiation through settlement or trial.
- Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and claims professionals.
- Develop legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license.
- Experience practicing California Workers' Compensation Defense.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to independently manage cases in a fully remote environment.
