Location/Schedule: Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $225K

Practice: Commercial and complex civil litigation in D.C. Superior Court and federal court, including mass tort and coverage-related business disputes for corporate clients.

Our client’s Washington office is ranked for insurance law, mass tort on the defense side, products, and professional liability. The firm is Tier 1 nationally in commercial litigation. More than 1,400 lawyers. You are hired to litigate. The coverage and class work is why the office is ranked.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Litigate commercial, products, and mass-tort disputes in D.C. Superior Court and federal court.
• Draft motions, including on coverage-related business disputes.
• Take depositions and argue hearings.

Requirements:

• JD and active D.C. bar (Maryland or Virginia a plus)
• 3–8 years post-bar civil, commercial, or complex insurance litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partne
• Motions drafted and depositions taken
