Attorney
An established firm based in Los Angeles, California, with over 30 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with public entity representation, school district law, construction, development, and real property matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in both advisory and transactional settings.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active admission to the California State Bar in good standing 5+ years of legal experience with exposure to public agency or school district matters Strong legal research writing and analytical abilities Experience with transactional or litigation matters involving public entities or real property preferred Familiarity with the California Environmental Quality Act is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach Demonstrated interest in serving educational institutions and public agencies
Responsibilities
Advise public entity clients including school districts on business construction and real property matters Collaborate with clients to develop practical timely and strategic legal solutions Ensure compliance with applicable local state and federal regulations Draft review and negotiate agreements related to development construction and facilities Support clients in navigating regulatory frameworks including environmental considerations Handle transactional and advisory matters with potential involvement in dispute resolution Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality legal services and maintain client relationships
